Meet RaLea Harbrige and the Team
Hello! I’m RaLea Harbrige, owner of 406 Accounting, LLC. I grew up on a cattle and sheep ranch along the Hi-Line in north-central Montana, where 4-H and FFA shaped my work ethic, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for small-town values.
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Accounting and my Master of Professional Accountancy from Montana State University – Bozeman as a Presidential Scholar in the MSU Honors Program. During my time at MSU, I served in the Accounting Club, Beta Alpha Psi, and the Montana Society of CPAs, and I volunteered for the VITA program, including a special assignment preparing taxes on Kodiak Island, Alaska. Shortly after graduation, I passed all four sections of the CPA exam.
Professionally, I’ve worked across MSU departments in accounting roles supporting sales, invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, budgeting, grants, and travel. My experience spans QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle Banner, and AgBooks/CatBooks, along with strong expertise in Excel and financial operations.
Today, I am a licensed Certified Public Bookkeeper with certifications in QuickBooks and payroll and over 10 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience. I also proudly employ four Montanans who value flexible work and share my commitment to serving service-based businesses with accuracy and integrity.
My husband, Cody, and I are raising our daughters, Adalyn and Rowan, just outside Belgrade. Outside of client work, I write about small business and family finance and support special needs families through the nonprofit Orchid Club.
